Does safe and passable mean bare pavement?
No. Residential streets may have hardpack even after the city completes its pass. The residential goal is safe and passable travel.
Does Milwaukee plow alleys?
No. Alley snow removal is not part of the city street operation.
Why did the plow leave snow at my driveway?
Driveway berms are an unavoidable result of plowing. The city recommends piling driveway snow to the right when facing the street to reduce the next deposit.
