Keep London's busiest roads moving
Highbury, Wellington, Exeter, and Fanshawe Park are examples of the highest-priority class. These roads can receive repeated treatment before quieter streets.
- 2Neighbourhood streets
Work through the local road classes
Local-street plowing starts at 10 cm, with a published target of 24 hours after snowfall ends. The target is not an appointment for a particular house.
- 3Final passes
Finish cul-de-sacs with separate equipment
Turning areas need different equipment and can be finished after the through street. Snow left at a driveway entrance is the resident's responsibility.

- Winter overnight passes are available from November 15 to March 31 when weather permits.
- Passes do not override streets signed No Parking 3 to 5 a.m. or other year-round restrictions.
- Check the registry again before parking. It closes during a snow event, and previously arranged passes can be suspended.
