What happens before your street is finished
Saint Paul follows a local sequence. Knowing the phase explains why one road can be clear while another is still waiting.

Night Plow routes
Starting at 9 p.m., do not park on signed Night Plow routes or downtown streets until they are plowed.

Day Plow routes
Starting at 8 a.m., do not park on unsigned Day Plow routes until crews have plowed to the curb.
- 3Phase 3
Cleanup and pushbacks
Crews widen streets and finish missed areas for up to 96 hours. Keep vehicles off any area that has not been plowed to the curb.

- Night Plow routes are signed. Day Plow routes are generally the unsigned residential streets.
- A route remains restricted until plowed to the curb, even after the clock time for the main phase ends.
- During cleanup, do not park on a block or side that has not been fully cleared to the curb.
